PARTIAL SCOPE

Sometimes only a few items in units need to be done such as replacing countertops and installing kits, or replacing door and drawer fronts to upgrade units. If there is volume with installs on any item, we can handle it.

FULL SCOPE

Many times, units are in need of a complete overhaul! Our full scope interior and exterior renovations cover everything A - Z, including drywall, paint, flooring, light electrical and light plumbing work.

GRANITE & QUARTZ

We have spent years building up a national sub-ecosystem of trusted partners who specialize as we do in granite and quartz material. We are also experienced in marble, porcelain, corian, laminate and resurfacing, and can offer on-site modifications of all hard surface material types.

OUR PROCESS

Countertops aren't rocket science, but they are an art form! At Blue Brook we are precise in the process: “Measure accurately, fabricate and polish with excellence, and install as a perfectionist.” We have mastered countertops with a typical turnaround time of 3-5 business days.

HVAC

Blue Brook has seasoned professionals with over 15 years of experience in the HVAC business. Whether you need one unit or multiple units replaced at your property, we can handle it. We offer both Labor & Material and Labor Only full HVAC replacements, as well as duct replacements and UV/LED HVAC unit installs (kills 99% of bacteria).

UNIT INSTALLS

Sometimes our clients already have national agreements or are national supply chain companies that just need installation services. We do install only and ensure the work is done properly.

REPLACEMENTS

Blue Brook’s strong relationships with our national suppliers allow us to offer highly competitive pricing on materials for most of the top HVAC unit brands used by our clients.

CAPEX

Prior to renovating units, most of our clients will start with the clubhouse and leasing center. Blue Brook has the necessary experience to complete any job, from all interior common area renovations such as clubhouses, hallways, elevator lobbies, and offices to outdoor patios, pool decks, and amenities.
